- I am a Miles Up customer and I have my Miles up points accumulated, what will happen to my point after the go live of the Joy Program?
Effective 1st of May 2025, all Miles Up points will be converted to Joy Points. Customers will be able to see their Joy points on the Deem Mobile App. They will be auto enrolled to the Joy Points Program under the Travel Category. If they wish to switch, they can login to the Mobile App and switch their category in the BENEFITS section.
- What is Deem’s New Loyalty Program?
Deem Finance Joy-Win Credit Card Program allows cardholders to earn guaranteed Rewards on lifestyle and travel spends or get an entry into the draw of AED 250,000 with a spend of AED 100.
WIN Program: customer gets entries in the draw of AED 250,000 every 6 months.
JOY Program: customer can earn up to 100,000 Joy Points that can be redeemed as a payment to the card outstanding, or used for multiple options like Miles transfers, gift vouchers, instant purchases, flights, hotels & much more.
- How can I select the Joy or WIN Program for my credit card?
Cardholders can log in to the Deem Mobile App and select the program they prefer (Joy or WIN) and accordingly they will be enrolled for the program for the calendar month. The selection is allowed up to a maximum of 2 times in the month.
- What are the benefits of the WIN Program?
The WIN Program allows customers to earn entries into a biannual AED 250,000 prize draw.
For every AED 100 spent on retail purchases, one entry is awarded. Additional entries are earned for every subsequent AED 100 spent — the more you spend, the better your chances to win.
